\"#AutorinnensonntagDas Thema zum heutigen #Autor_innensonntag von Justine Pust<\/a> lautet Schubladenprojekte. Davon habe ich eine ganze Menge, auch wenn die wenigsten davon in der Schublade bzw. im Regal liegen, sondern elektronisch irgendwo verstaut sind. Viele davon grabe ich wieder aus und verwende sie als Grundlage f\u00fcr neue Geschichten und Welten \u2013 zum Beispiel Das Schwert des Wilden Landes<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Es gibt allerdings einen Entwurf, der wohl in diesem Stadium stecken bleiben muss, denn die Zeit hat ihn eingeholt. Er ist Mitte der 1990er entstanden, angeregt durch ein Erasmus-Semester in Spanien, und sollte in ferner Zukunft spielen, zum Beispiel 2021.<\/p>\n

Heiliges Jahr<\/h4>\n

In diesem Jahr f\u00e4llt der 25. Juli, der Jakobstag, auf einen Sonntag und in Compostela wird ein heiliges Jahr<\/a> gefeiert. Wer an den n\u00f6tigen Gottesdiensten teilnimmt, bekommt s\u00e4mtliche zeitlichen S\u00fcndenstrafen erlassen, oder auch einen vollst\u00e4ndigen Ablass. Traditionelle Pilger_innen sind zu Fu\u00df, zu Pferd oder mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs. Also habe ich meine Heldin mit dem Liegerad losgeschickt. E-Bikes kamen damals zwar bereits auf, ich hatte sie allerdings noch nicht wirklich auf dem Schirm. Stattdessen wollte ich eine andere Zukunftstechnolgie einbauen, die um diese Zeit von sich reden machte, n\u00e4mlich Virtual Reality.<\/p>\n

Im Mittelalter war es nicht un\u00fcblich, andere Leute anstelle der eigentlich B\u00fc\u00dfenden auf Pilgerfahrt zu schicken, manchmal erst nach dem Tod der betreffenden Person; das wurde zum Beispiel in Testamenten verf\u00fcgt. An diese Gepflogenheit habe ich angekn\u00fcpft. Die Auftraggeberin meiner Heldin sollte allerdings noch leben und zu Hause im Pflegebett mitverfolgen, was ihre Stellvertreterin unterwegs anstellt. Dass diese sich nicht in allen Lebenslagen musterg\u00fcltig fromm verhalten w\u00fcrde, war mir schon klar. Ebenso sollten die potenziellen Erb_innen und die beteiligten Pflegekr\u00e4fte von der Aktion nur teilweise begeistert sein. Weiter bin ich mit der Entwicklung des Konflikts nicht gekommen, auch nicht, als ich die Geschichte im Windschatten von Ich bin dann mal weg<\/i> wieder aufbacken wollte.<\/p>\n

Idee freigegeben<\/h4>\n

Inzwischen ist mir klar, dass ich die Geschichte nicht mehr schreiben werde, obwohl ich die Idee immer noch mag. Wenn jemand mit mehr Verstand von den aktuellen technischen M\u00f6glichkeiten sich davon inspiriert f\u00fchlt \u2013 bitte sehr, bedienen Sie sich.<\/p>\n

Mein damaliger Besuch in Compostela hat zudem in einer anderen Geschichte Spuren hinterlassen, die a) fertig und b) auch ver\u00f6ffentlicht wurde: Die Herrin der Insel<\/i>. Und der dekorative Gaitero, der mich \u00fcberhaupt dahin gelockt hat, bekam einen eigenen NaNo-Roman \u2013 aber das ist eine andere Geschichte und soll ein andermal erz\u00e4hlt werden.<\/p>\n
