Diesen Satz habe ich vor \u00fcber zwei Jahren geschrieben, und er trifft immer noch zu. Nietember\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/laballade.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/beer-cake-766902_640-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/laballade.de\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/beer-cake-766902_640.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Whiskytorte<\/h4>\n<p>F\u00fcr den Boden<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 g Rosinen<\/li>\n<li>250 ml Wasser<\/li>\n<li>100 g Butter<\/li>\n<li>125 g Zucker<\/li>\n<li>1 Ei<\/li>\n<li>2 EL Whisky<\/li>\n<li>150 g Mehl<\/li>\n<li>1 TL Natron (ja, das Rezept stammt aus Schottland)<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 TL Salz<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 TL Muskat<\/li>\n<li>1 EL Zitronensaft<\/li>\n<li>60 g gehackte Waln\u00fcsse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Creme<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 g Butter<\/li>\n<li>175 g Puderzucker<\/li>\n<li>2 EL Zitronensaft<\/li>\n<li>1 EL Whisky<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Rosinen mit Wasser bedecken und 1\/4 Stunde leise k\u00f6chlen lassen. Abgie\u00dfen und einen Teil der Fl\u00fcssigkeit beiseite stellen.<\/p>\n<p>Butter und Zucker schaumig r\u00fchren und das Ei einr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Abwechselnd Mehl, Natron, Salz, Muskat und etwa 2 EL Rosinen-Kochfl\u00fcssigkeit untermischen.<\/p>\n<p>Rosinen, Zitronensaft, Waln\u00fcsse und Whisky einr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>In eine Bodenform f\u00fcllen (ggf. gefettet; ich nehme sehr gern Silikonbackformen) und 30 Minuten bei 180 \u00b0C backen.<\/p>\n<p>Abk\u00fchlen lassen, aus der Form nehmen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die Creme Butter und Puderzucker glattr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Zitronensaft und Whisky hinzuf\u00fcgen und weiter r\u00fchren, bis das Ganze eine sahnige Konsistenz hat.
